The Deal Or No Deal phenomenon was taking over television by 2006. During this time period, networks were climbing over themselves to come up with their own runaway hit versions of Deal or no Deal. This time out, we look at ABC's biggest flop when it came to cashing in on Deal or no Deals popularity, featuring the same guy who created DOND and Captain James T.
